Carpet replaced with plank flooring
Flooring
Carpet removed from a navy dining room and replaced with light plank flooring, run wall to wall against the existing baseboard and crown molding.

Exterior siding and window rebuild
Carpentry & Trim
Weathered siding and window trim on a gable-end wall opened up to the framing so the damage underneath could be assessed and the wall rebuilt.

After: An exterior wall opened up for repair: siding removed around a window to expose the framing and sheathing, with a worker on a ladder at the left.
Interior repaint, prepared and finished
House Painting
A bedroom and bathroom repainted, with the floors sheeted, fixtures wrapped and openings masked before any colour went on.

The process
How your project moves forward
Five stages, and you know which one you are in at any point.
Tell us about the project
Send the basics — what you want done, where in the house, and photos if you have them. Photos of the actual space answer more questions than a paragraph does, and they can be attached to the estimate form.
What you send: a phone number, a ZIP code, and what you are trying to get done.
On-site visit
The property gets looked at in person. This is where the real scope gets settled: what is behind the wall, what condition the surface is in, whether the subfloor is sound, how far the rot runs.
What you get: a direct conversation about what the work involves and what it does not.
Written estimate
A clear estimate against the scope that was agreed on site, so what is included and what is not is written down rather than remembered differently by two people later.
What you get: the scope and the price in writing, free.
Scheduling
Once the estimate is approved, timing is set and the work is coordinated — including any specialty trades the project calls for, which are scheduled through Integrity Home Solutions rather than by you.
What you get: dates, and one number to call about them.
Project completion
The work is completed and walked through with you. Remaining punch-list items are identified and addressed rather than left for you to notice after everyone has gone.
What you get: a walkthrough, and a list that gets finished.
